The rain can't dampen my spirits!

I drove down to the BCIS office in downtown SD today to drop off the home study report for the processing of our I-171H approval. Even with all the rain, trying to remember where I’ve parked, what floor of the parking garage I’m on, findind the right building and then the right room - I had a huge smile on my face. They said it should be only 1-2 weeks for them to process the paperwork - yeah!!!
