First tears

Megan had a rough time tonight. We think she has developed a soar throat from the coughing she has been doing or maybe even something to do with the fruit baby food we gave her earlier. Every time she coughs we can tell it is terribly painful for her and she is really crying for the first time. We are working at consoling her but it is not going well. This could be our first long night as well.

Regardless of how tired we are, we need to head for the required US medical checkup tomorrow. Hopefully we are doing well because we want to go to lunch afterwards at the Cow and Bridge restraint on Shaiman Island. It comes highly recommended but we will have to see how we are doing.
