The calm before the “gotcha storm”

We both awoke around 4:30am feeling like we got a great night’s sleep. We’ll probably end up taking a small nap this afternoon to try to keep from wanting to go to bed too early tonight. We both laid in bed for a while just looking at Megan’s crib realizing that later today a little girl is going to occupy that crib – it was an awesome and yet overwhelming thought. As I (Mandy) write this we are approximately 7 hours away from getting on the bus to take us to Megan. We are ready for her to come “home” to our arms.
