Recap of this weekend's firsts

So for starters, Megan is walking on her own now. She walked from the living room into the kitchen after Alan told her to walk to me. It was so awesome to watch her keep her balance and the excitement on her face. We need to work on watching where she's going but that will come with time. She also can speed walk (practically run) with her new little walker toy from our neighbors.

Megan tried her first chowmein noodles and absolutely loved them along with dill pickles. I blogged separately about this.

We had our first donut this morning after church. Of course it was a plain donut but still a big hit.

Lastly, we had our first "family kiss". Megan loves to watch us give a kiss to each other and today we encouraged her to kiss us at the same time and she did! It was so cute but we can't seem to get her to repeat it yet. Too bad I didn't have the camera ready for that shot.
