A distraction from painting

Well a little box has arrived from Amazon containing a distraction from the painting in Megan’s room. Our newest camera has arrived! We bought the Canon Rebel XT (an 8mp digital camera that takes the photo in SLR format - like a 35mm camera). This should be a fun camera for taking tons of pictures of Megan among other things as well. I’ve spent some time today reading the manual so that I’ll have a clue on how to operate it - this thing has a ton of possibilities on it!
